COMPdata’s rich source of hospital information depends on our customers submitting timely, accurate data on outpatient services. With this information, COMPdata can help advance research, public health and hospital operations through our powerful data analysis tools.

Our facility hereby specifically agrees to submit to the Illinois Health and Hospital Association via COMPdata Informatics all outpatient data as specified in the COMPdata Data Coordinator Manual, for the specific purpose of creating a database to facilitate research, public health and healthcare operations.
