Stay compliant with nurse staffing data submission by updating your COMPdata account using the form below. Because nursing hours are required by the state of Illinois, it’s important to make sure you don’t lose access to our data submission platform due to name, phone number or email address changes. COMPdata uses a mobile or landline for two-step multifactor verification (MFA) when accessing our data submission system. The number may be different from your office/contact phone number.
Leave blank if your MFA number has not changed.
Provide your email address currently associated with your COMPdata account.
Our customer support team will notify you when your login ID is updated.
